Very Good
The place is very clean and good value for money (for Tokyo). The communication with the owner was fast. Hopefully he was reactive because we had problems with codes. The place is very small for 4 of us but very modern and clean. We liked it.
Sad so many places stopped using real people in Tokyo and use code and machine instead. Travelling doesn't feel the same

Compact, lovely space with great location.
This is an interesting place and we really enjoyed our stay here. The host is so nice and he let us leave our bags after checkout. The first floor is where the shared showers are, as well as a machine for tea, juice, etc. The second-fifth floors are the units. The elevator with the key will take you up to your unit. In the unit is the living area, the loft and the toilet. Outside in the stairwell is the sink. The bedding is stored in the loft which is the only thing that is a little hard, because if you want to sleep in the living area you have to move the bedding down. Everything looked clean and you are right by a train stop (and the train stop is on the line that goes directly to Narita). There are lots of businesses nearby like convenience shops, bakery, can walk to Tokyo Skytree. Soundproofing was also good. There are slippers in the unit as well as pajamas that you can use when you take your shower.

Very clean and comfortable stay.
The room was a comfortable size for our family and had everything we needed. The host included some extras which were very nice. The host was a very nice person! We enjoyed the coffee and juice machine available on the first floor. Everything was very clean. There is also a grocery store right across the street which was very convenient.

Amazing stay, great host and location, thank you!
We had a lovely stay at Oyado Danran and would definitely recommend it. We stayed here for 11 nights in total. The host is great, responding quickly to queries. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a direct train ride from Haneda airport about 50min, about 5-10min walk to the nearest subway, and one stop from Asakusa. The place is small and clean. There are 4 apartments, 1 on each floor, with the lift opening directly to your walkway (you need a key to access your floor). There is your own sink on each floor (in the stairway), and own toilet within the room. On the ground floor - 2 showers to share, and coffee/water . You will sleep on futons (floor fold out mattresses) - either on the floor in the main room, or by a ladder to go up to the loft. We were totally fine with all of this! We tried the nearby onsen that is about 5-10min walk away, it was a good experience too. There is a supermarket directly across the road that we could pick up snacks, and lovely bakery closeby. This place is a great budget option, close to Asakusa/Tokyo Station. Thanks for our stay Oyado Danran. We will definitely be back if we visit Tokyo again!
